Reparations for whomever can prove they had ancestors who fought in the CW. So many father's lost and left so many single parent homes.
I hear the whole "back in the day blacks 2 parent households were higher than whites" which is great and all. Proves a certain point but not sure the comparison takes into account how only whites fought in wars back then. Leaving white mom's stranded.
