Yeah, it will be hard for self defense to be argued in court.
It won't matter, though. Mob rule and intimidation will prevail and he likely will be convicted of murder. The precedent has been set.

It’s funny watching a majority of the top black athletes and Twitter users keep posting about “ACCOUNTABILITY” non stop. Oh the irony.
