I don’t feel like being a Karen on these people. I just think some half arse customer service would probably do him some actual good.

But apparently the way I’m reading is they all build up these “independent kingdoms” and think they don’t have to answer to any of their customers.

When Ed Rust retired, the company's management went to shite and it trickled down to the agent offices after a few years.
