That article is all over the place.
What are the lies he is referencing? I haven’t kept up with this situation. Now I’m curious so I keep reading.
What in the hell does that have to do with Pop’s quote?
The entire article jumps around between unrelated events and topics. It’s confusing, but I think Pop used a question about a shooting as an excuse to go off on another rant. The author shoehorns a bunch of Trump information into the article because Trump is still the boogeyman.
In the end Pop is a bitter and angry old man, and that’s a bad trait to develop for someone that was already a miserable person. He seems to be upset we have a two party system, and is pissed the other party actually has supporters.
He rambles and rants for a little bit, and the author does his best to give credence to the ramblings of someone detached from the real world.

Responding to a question about the police shooting of 20-year-old Black motorist Daunte Wright in a Minneapolis suburb, Popovich on Monday said he wanted to know “what owners in the NBA fund these people who perpetrate these lies.”

In about 60 lawsuits Trump’s legal team and his Republican allies filed since the election, only one resulted in a small victory — in Pennsylvania. None of those cases proved the presence of fraud in the 2020 election, the Associated Press reported.
