Looks like they either added her or her head in to the pic. The lighting is what’s throwing me off.
Definitely, the shadows on her are too strong, the feet don't look like hers, the head size and angle are wrong, the hair edge in the back is overlapping something else.
Not horrible work, but not good either.

The give away is the area under her elbows. It doesn't match the background at all.
