Thanks to everyone. Shrimp came out perfect!! Added when I killed the fire, 20 minute soak. Will do it this way going forward.

I put them in a sack and do as above. I’ll pull them early if they are done before the crawfish. I don’t bring back to boil my crawfish. I let them poach longer to cook giving them a longer soak time.
