If you’ve never played before it’s got a steep learning curve. Once you get over that hump though it’s not “easy” but it’s not hard either.

I used to be awful at hitting. Through 40ish DD games I had a BA of like .160. I’m now making consistent contact. I’d say over my last 15 games I’m around a .300 BA.

I finally got to the point where I can pretty consistently hit the ball hard on All-Star difficulty hitting....but I"m still entirely out of my league once I step up to HofF.

I did semi-master pinpoint pitching though and that's helped a lot on that side of things. I find that I hang way fewer pitches up in the zone vs with meter.

My biggest downfall is that I refuse to lay off of bad pitches. I literally swing at everything and it’s frustrating as hell
