The other thing I find is interesting in general is that people feel they have to take a direct, hard line stance on every topic. Specific to this one, it has to be either he's obviously innocent and this is a good shoot or he's obviously a murderer who should be behind bars.

I don't know why we can't do more of simply "I don't know" as that's just as good of an answer as the other 2.

Saying we probably need to know more facts on this one before forming such extreme conclusions...it's like that's not even a viable option. It has to be one extreme or the other without all the facts to draw those conclusions logically.

This is great in a vacuum. The problem is this shooting by police is handled much differently than others. A genius such as yourself surely recognizes that.

Exactly.

"Make it apolitical!" They say, when a White right leaning person is killed by a cop.

Why should we? This is political. Everything about the entire context is political. She was killed in the Capitol building for fricks sake.

Do you agree that given this was the Capitol building and we obviously had a shite ton of critical government folks as well as I'm sure critical documents that were going to be protected at all costs, would you agree there were very likely officers who had direct orders to say if someone crossed some line or some point, the order was shoot on sight? Or not even that this is 100% so, would you agree that it is entirely possible that order was given to someone if some person passed some certain point, yes or no?

I assume yes, so if yes, do you know with certainty that the shooter was not operating under those orders?

That's my entire stance here. I don't know. What were his direct orders for someone who went pass that door? That's a critical piece that I would need an answer to before forming such a strong stance on this situation.
