Keeneland track just outside Lex is a much more picturesque prospective of ky horse country. Visit the bar in kentucky castle.
Churchill Downs is in shite hole Louisville surrounded by slums. Stay in Lex.
Go see a distillery. Three Boys Farm Distillery is an authentic experience and the Bourbon is terrific !

Lexington and Nashville are the best two SEC road trips. A shame we don’t get to play there more often. Keeneland is a must. Toured Woodford in’07. It was nice. Don’t fry and do too much. Enjoy the whiskey and the game.
