This seems like a bad idea...just saying, in the long run, a complex like this is not something you can just up and move if the land owner charges you out of your margins on the renewal....seems like it would definitely be better to find a way to purchase the property so you have an asset if it fails

But the nature of the improvements are such that if it fails there is pretty much no readaptive use and the property would be a redevelopment site anyway
