Michelin makes some of the best tires in the world, full stop. That said the exact type of tire you need is important in who makes the best option.
If her SUV is a road only SUV/CUV then:

Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Plus II
Continental CrossContact LX25
All three are as good as you can get for a road only SUV/CUV, the Michelin will have a small edge in grip and the Conty and Pirelli will have a little less noise and a little longer treadwear.
People often cheap out on tires and I get it but they are one if not the most important active safety systems on a vehicle. All the passive safety in the world may help you avoid injury in an accident but active safety is what lets you avoid it to begin with.
