Shame the City can't distribute the vaccine themselves with city vehicles and some healthcare workers.

The city is doing outreach h programs in some areas. I know they've used a couple of churches in the East as assembly points for weekend vaccines. 311 will also arrange to give the vaccine your home, if you're home bound disabled and meet certain criteria.
I'm not trying to defend LaToya and sure as shite not Jennifer Avegno, but NO is putting their money - well, taxpayer money - where they're mouth is. I guess we should be happy that the federal funds weren't 100% stolen, but they are funding community outreach programs.
