Anyone sit on the app st. side at midfield a few rows up. These guys were actually talking shite and wouldn't shut up, well at least until it was 17-0.

well thats the student section we were given...kids can be so optimistic!
QUESTION: my boss is big VA Tech booster...yesterday he was @ ECU game and then we did better then they did last year @ LSU? Should I kiss his butt or lay low this week???

My question for the fans that came down is: Was the heat worse then you expected? I moved from N.C. down to La. my sophomore year of high school. I only lived about an hour out of Boone. I couldn't believe how muggy it was. Similar Temp. but felt so much worse.

i meet some from before the game. they were cool one even post here think it was asupatches. they were actually tigerbaiting other app state fans

ECU alumni here. I was actually lucky enough to be on the field during the second half. I was right in front of the blocked kick. We actually beat Va. Tech at special teams, even though their defense isn't as good as last year (no Vince Hall, X. Adibi and Macho Harris). Big win for Skip Holtz.
ECU owes Va Tech big for scheduling 10 in a row (like LSU and Tulane), so don't give your boss too much of the business.

O/T...but we have friends right now texting they are at B.R. airport trying to get out and they have seen NO planes for an hour and 1/2...and there are NO airline employees! there is some airport staff there, but sounds like a big CLUSTER F! other friends got kicked out of N.O. hotel last night...

Tell them that you hope the drive isn't too shitty. (It will probably take twice as long with the mass exodus going on over there.)
