What Powell actually said is "...reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process..."

There are plenty of anomalies that occurred with those machines to warrant a full investigation of the claims she made. But not one judge allowed that investigation to take place. Nor did any election official agree to release the machines to be tested.

94% of Fulton County's ballots were adjudicated. That's just a mite over the 1 out of 250k the federal guidelines call for.
