Spring break is 90% college kids wanting to have a fun time, and 10% some of the scariest people on earth. They flock to PCB and San Pedro to pedal hard drugs during the spring months

It’s just like the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival. When I was younger it was family fun but it’s overrun now.
