That's what he needs, but not having even played a full season of games yet, he may not feel like he should have that voice right now.
Hearing it from a coach, and hearing it from another player, especially one that is respected, carries 2 different types of weight with players.

Yeah that makes since but with this team it seems different. Nobody seems to be very outgoing or vocal about leading. So it shouldn't be crazy or difficult. It would be different if someone was already trying to lead in that role
