Did SF pay for 1/2 the shingles or 1/2 of the cost of the roof. If it is 1/2 the cost of the roof, do you not have a replacement cost policy on your home? Do you have recoverable depreciation?

1/2 the cost of the roof. I don’t want to hi Jack the thread and turn it into my whining session... I have replacement cost but they said only the south and east sides of the roof were damaged but not the north and west sides. This was after they initially completely denied any damage and after a second adjuster and contractor meeting.
