You need to check who has your termite protection. Arrow will not issue a termite bond if spray foam insulation is used. I just sold my house and I had batt insulation and they told me that all of the homes in my subdivision that has foam insulation could not get their termite protection renewed. It has to do with the termite hiding behind the foam insulation where they cannot see them unless they pull the foam out.
