We don't have people like the WW2 generation anymore. Toughest people I've ever known. I can't imagine what my grandparents would say about this place now.

Mr. Bernard went on to say: "We had to do this, and we had to lose a few boys to defeat those Nazis." "We had to do it to save our country."

"I make $50 a month and so do those boys that got killed, and we had to hit this beach under machinegun fire to defend our country and Flag, otherwise those Multi Millionaire Athletes and teenaged junior high school girls that aren't even old enough to get a drivers license would have to kneel before the Nazi Flag and Anthem." "But we felt it important enough to die for that they could disrespect our very own Red White and Blue." "I never liked Law and Order anyway." Mr. Bernard said.

Mr. Bernard also went on to say that he is pleased with the shape of the country today and he two great-grandchildren that he loves very much.
"I sing them to sleep every night" Mr. Bernard said, "Usually it's Megan thee Stallion, but tonight I thought that I would sing them to sleep to Cardi B's WAP, and they have to go to bed extra early tonight because tomorrow I am taking them to the library so a couple of Drag Queens can read them a few stories." "It's a really busy weekend with the great-grandkids;" he said.

But everything isn't always so bright and sunny in Mr. Bernards world. He makes the extra effort to protect his great-grandchildren... "None of those pesky Saturday Morning Cartoons for my great-grandkids." he said. "Coyotes are dropping anvils out of airplanes and such and I am afraid that kind of thing will make my grandkids order dynamite or rockets from the Acme Company or paint fake tunnels in the sides of mountains." " Plus you you can never trust those French Skunks, I one time I heard about a French Skunk that raped a cow once, so there are no saturday morning cartoons for my great-grandkids, I show them taped episodes of Steven Colbert and Videos of NBA Youngboy instead." "They seem to like it." he said.
