For the live streaming like Youtube TV, Sling and Hulu Live you need to sit down and make a list of what is important to you not only channel wise but DVR and pick the one that fits you the best, we prefer Hulu Live but coming from no cable/sat you might be more flexible.
The one service you didn't list that I would prefer to have is HBO Max. Out of every streaming service it is the last one I would give up.

I agree with you about HBO max. I also have basic Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix. I‘m about to take a break from Netflix as I found I was streaming their content the least and I also noticed by looking at their top 10 streaming list they are putting out a lot of stuff I’m not interested in. Hell, I’ve probably been watching more stuff on Pluto TV than Netflix the last several months.
