I think the prospects lay out similarly to the 2018 class. I really like Cade, Mobley, and Green. I'm not as high on Suggs as most people are, but I'm also not as low on Kuminga as people have been in recent weeks given his age and competition level. I don't know that any one in this class reaches Luka's level, but then again, no one expected Luka to be this good, this quickly. I think there's going to be a lot of upside all down the lottery. Beyond that, there seems to be a lot of depth again in this class that'll provide a number of second round guys who will carve out long term roles.

It's just difficult with role guys because either they develop after they've moved on or you have to pay them a large amount. Look at Mikal Bridges, or even Lonzo to a lesser extent. That's why I would swing for the fences, with guys like Moody.

This. Suggs even wasn't the best player on his own Gonzaga team (he was apparently the third best player)...I doubt Suggs must be a top 5 pick.

The main issue with Kuminga is his shooting.
However, he has athleticism and IQ to become an elite defender in nba of what i have seen in G-league.

Luka won everything in Europe...He was already winning at 14 even when he wasn't yet a pro... When you're already the best player in all the teams you play, it's because you're really elite... Especially since the level in Euroleague has increased compared to before...
That's why I wouldn't hesitate to draft players like Garuba or Sengun.
They probably don't have Luka Doncic's level but you know that you will at least have very good roleplayers with them (if not serious injuries)
