This is Li-Cycle a big lithium battery recycling company. They have some big contracts and was just a spac merger with Peridot Aquisitions (PDAC). The ticker will soon change to LICY. I like the play long term and just got in. Anyone else been watching this?

If its like any of the other ticker changes I have been a part of lately, it will go up for a half a day, then below what you paid for it prior within a day or two. May just wait for the dip after the name change.

Yeah, the trend with all these SPACs has been weird. I'd sell on the rumor of the deal as opposed to waiting for it to close, since that's been the case with many of them.

I’m more talking about the long term play of it. I think there is a lot of growth potential as a long term hold. I’m planning on buying at what I think will be a dip after the ticker change.

When does it move to LICY?

Also, how does the transition of SPAC stock go when it does? Ie...if you hold 100 stocks PDAC do the 100 transfer over 1 for 1 to LICY the day it moves over?
