He was always that starting with his days at Stanford.

Came into the Pac12 and pissed off opposing coaches acting like he had Asbergers.

People like Carroll knew early on what the world was going to find out...Harbaugh made no logical sense...as Carroll once asked Harbaugh "what's your deal?" Nobody could figure him out.

Point is, they overlooked it generally. Now nobody overlooks it, it’s considered a massive personal flaw of his and a huge hit to his resume
