Meng is legendary.
Taker has to be there because of his toughness in the ring/injuries and you’ve got to be a badass to basically run the whole locker room and everyone know not to cross you.
Foley may not be getting into bar fights, but he deserves mention for the sheer brutality and pain he willingly/requested to endure.
Lesnar - seems obvious, but add in ufc and the program with, I think Cena, where he legit busted his head open on the ring post in what was clearly him making it happen for the effects. He clearly moved his head into the post to create the contact.
ETA - Hardy’s and Edge and Christian in the ring/arena similar to Foley with the significant risks and pain they endured at their peak.

Yeah and about half the stories are true or half of the stories are true...
Which still puts him far ahead of the pack.
