Hell even up to Wednesday night when they hit nearly a Mill. Legit disappointed in them. Thought these guys were a bit smarter than what we saw tonight. Whole show was a bit lackluster tbh

they took a risk... credit to them for doing something that you know WWE will never do

but it flopped in the worst way imaginable

The Eddie Kingston thing is what really got me saying wtf. Like was he selling? Thought he had a heart attack or something he was not moving

Vince knows he doesn't need to do over the top gimmick matches like that. Matches like that are what lesser promotions have to do to try and be seen. Its why you never see tack matches or barbed wire clubs in WWE. When you are the top promotion there is no need. Because it's a risk that can backfire as we saw tonight. It's like LSU playing Tulane. Nothing in it for LSU.

It's also why Vince doesn't give total creative freedom. Its not the glorious idea the wrestlers make it out to be. The promo about the WWE performance center the Bucks gave the other night is a good example of why some level of filtering needs to be done for the creative process

Just saw it, idk why wrestling companies haven’t learned that you can’t promise gimmicks like this if you aren’t gonna deliver in a big way and this was a total dud. Been so much better off to at least not do the giant explosion gimmick at all
