Large foldable slices, topping hold on and don't slide off.
Decent amount of sauce, but not dripping off.
It is funny people are downvoting Di Fara pizza.

I know this may sound nuts but with no real good choices for pizza around here the Dominos Brooklyn style pizza is my favorite. The Pepperoni Extravaganza or the Extravaganza are my favorites.

i could be wrong, but i think the biggest characteristic of a NY pizza is the thin crust cooked a certain way (preferably wood fired oven). there is a myth you can't even make NYC style pizza anywhere else b/c of the characteristics of the water they use
