Because they're not all the right kind of Asians. People are shitting all over Awkwafina and Daniel Dae Kim for being Chinese and Korean descent and taking a part from SE Asians. One critic criticized Awkwafina for taking the role and then 10 paragraphs later praises her performance... Can't have it both ways sweetheart.

You probably haven't seen much complaining because you haven't read one of the three specific reviews he's been ranting about. He's using hyperbolic language because he's decided the three reviews (two of which are from shitty clickbait sites he knows are shitty) represent a cultural-level reaction, when the reality is that the vast majority of critics and viewers have liked this movie.
