I’ve witnessed countless occasions of people dumping trash out their window or door. It’s a real problem all over BR, and the surrounding parishes. It’s the same collective group that don’t have car seats for their children. Not sure if it’s a culture thing or ignorance. Perhaps both?

A lot of people bash Michigan for its politics and such, but i will say this, aside from the shitholes of Detroit and Flint that state is very clean and litter free. Once you get past the Saginaw bay going north it’s beautiful.
