So, I've been lurkilatin' on this here board; and I see a lot of disproportionate shite going on.
First off: We're glad that LSU is showing up on Saturday to play. Everyone wants to make up this BS about how we snuck up on Michigan. Michgan played like shite, and we played like champs - we didn't sneak up on them. We are happy (and a little scared) that LSU is out for blood. That's what we want, just like you: RESPECT. This game won't define our team, but it's the yardstick that we measure ourselves on. We know we got to go back and win our conference, and we'll do that. But what we want most is to stack up with the best programs in the nation. You're one of them.
Secondly: Before you throw a single, solitary piss balloon (as someone mentioned in another thread), remember that we're bussing, flying, roadtripping, down to BR for the game. That's a whole lot of pent-up piss; and if some dirt dog throws a ballon, he better be ready for a couple hundred fans to throw a couple hundred miles worth of piss-balloons back. And we're some nasty-arse hillbillies too. Yeah, some of you bayou boys may be backwoods as a crosseyed boar, but don't forget who you're playing.
That shite is classless, and if it happens it'll be on national TV.
We all want to play a 'for real' game. That's all there is to it. May the best team win.
Oh. And why the HELL couldn't you guys recruit a QB who's taken a snap? WTF is with that??

Brace,
LSU fans save piss balloons for other SEC fans. (Bama fans don't notice the difference.) Welcome to Tigerdroppings.com. Now go frick yourself.

Dont worry about that shite, most of the people down here are happy to have yall here. We are all just looking for a good time, However If I were you I would get ready for some old fashion ribbing, We like to hollar and joke with the opposing fans. But we would feed you and give you a beer also.
Oh and one more thing, if a couple of thousand of yall do think about mixing it up with the LSU fans, remember the population of BR doubles on game day, that means about 150,000 fans on campus.
Good Luck

Well, we did but he got kicked off the team for reasons too numerous to elaborate. That's okay, he was Saban's player and not needed anyhow.

Yeah, Some redneck hillbilly mountain folk hippies.
I've been to Boone, NC. I know EXACTLY who LSU is playing.
oh the irony kills me.

Nice first post. Way to come out swinging.
When compared with LSU, you won't need a yardstick, a simple ruler would do.
Some guys get carried away. LSU fans have been accused of some bad stuff over the years by other SEC fans, but oddly, never from the out of conference fans. Although I have seen some classless behavior, I have never seen any port-o-potty tipping, or urine bags. Some LSU fans get tired of hearing it and have just decided to use those threats mockingly.
We couldn't get any good QB's to commit after we signed the best QB in the nation a few years ago. All other quality QB's for the next few years were scared to compete and went to places like Appalachian State. Don't worry, our Ivy League QB will just hand off to the best RB's Appy State will ever see and then throw to the best set of WR's Appy State will ever see.
Don't compare 2005, because our guys used you as a bye week, and ya'll still didn't get on the scoreboard.

FAIL. He was going to Texas until Les Miles got here.
On second thought, by Bama logic, he once came within 100 yards of Nick Saban's presence, so therefore, Saban's greatness probably rubbed off on him thereby making him a Saban player.

That's actually a joke around here due to the fact that other SEC fans always accuse us of horrible injustices when they visit Baton Rouge. Oddly enough, out of conference fans always seem to have a great time. I've been to nearly every home game for the past 16 years, and I've never seen a single piss bomb thrown.

So now RP was one of Saban's players? Interesting. Guys he didn't recruit ARE his, but the ones he did sign weren't....

Oh ribbing doesn't bother me. I've waded through the jokes, and that post from The Trough was funny. I don't care who you're pulling for.
I'm just saying we're glad to finally be playing someone who's not going to have any excuses on gameday. We live for that as much as you do.
And on the piss-baloon tip, that's why I brought it up here, at this forum. Wanted to get the truth. I was at the game in '05 when we played you guys, and I didn't think it was that rough. I spoke with a guy at work who swore up and down that LSU fans were nasty. I told him Southerners didn't roll like that. Of course, he was a Notre Dame fan. Yankee prick.

Saying "Notre Dame fan" and "Yankee Prick" in the same context is redundant.

You FAIL also. Saban would have given his left nut to have signed Perilloux. RP's coach hated Saban and RP was going elsewhere... until ole' Lester rolled in town.

I'm glad hillbillies do not know how to tie balloons

Choupique,
RP was a Miles recruit. End of story.

The Yosef Club must swell with pride that you have chosen their name. The Yosef Club must swell with pride that you have chosen their name. LINK
Just to help you out so you can be prepared to throw your own urine bombs. The best way to fill them is to have a friend stand eight feet away and hold the end of the balloon open with his thumbs and index fingers. Hold it about chest high – and stand down wind.
If you do it right, you can fill four 5” round balloons per six-pack. If you do it wrong, then just think of all the cherished childhood family reunion memories it will bring back.

Read my posts. I never said he wasn't, other than the joke about Bama delusions. I just responded to Bama fan because I've seen where Bammers try to say that Saban didn't recruit RP because of character issues. Saban definitely recruited, but didn't land him.

nope, perrilloux was les miles recruit. he had already committed to texas then decommitted after miles arrived.

Pique,
I agree that Saban wanted him. And, I see your point. He was a Saban "recruit" even if it was Miles who got him.
