South Carolina is adding firing squads as capitol punishment. Is it happening?

Does it still work where they will have multiple shooters, but one gets a blank, and who gets it is unknown to any of the shooters?

No we will now allow gang members to do drive by to further punish the killers. I figure it will take 4 or 5 attempts before they hit the actual target.
