We have trans(I'd imagine less than 1%) and blacks(minus those blacks who are fed up with the whining bs themselves too) which let's just say that comes to 10% combined to equal 11%-ish. Why the hades are we letting 11% make the other 89% miserable?

My daughters school district is lass than 2% black but the diversity commission says we need 6% of the teachers to be black. In a great school district with great academics (graduation rate of 97%) they want to fire competent teachers and hire based on race. They are going to recruit from areas with significantly lower quality and standards of academics to bring in teachers that sole qualification is skill color.
