re: How do you react when you get really angry?

I curse extremely proficiently about very trivial things. Like I will let out a stream of creative profanities, and my gf will run in thinking I have a compound fracture, when in reality I just hit the wrong button on the smart tv remote or put my keys in an inconvenient pocket or something. But I very rarely get really angry about anything. If I do, it's typically a silent, brooding anger.

ETA: She understands the irrational profanities a little better since she took up golf.
