I am partial to the Amber.

I went to the Flying Saucer in Memphis a couple of weekend back and Woodchuck was their "fire sale" beer one of the nights I went. Tried one and decided that Abita at full price was a far better buy.

I use it when I smoke a boston butt. I put one bottle in the pan with the pork shoulder and let it smoke. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Nutin like some good butt.
