Interdisciplinary rounds, especially in the ICU setting, occurs in all hospitals. The team usually includes physicians, RNs, pharmacists, case managers, dieticians, clergy, and anyone else involved in the patient’s care.
As a patient, you want pharmacists on that team; you need them on that team. ;))
