Wife had it, ended up in the hospital and on a ventilator. While on the ventilator, she had a stroke. Was in the hospital and rehab for a total of three months. Lost 80% of her eye sight, use of her right arm, and some cognitive ability. She has to have someone with her 24/7 for good now. She was a month past her 65th birthday when she contacted Covid.
I had it at the same time. I lost taste and smell for 6 days, had muscle soreness in back and shoulders for 2 days, and a bad head ache on and off for a week. Never ran fever. I've had sinus infections that were worse.
It's funny how that shite affects people differently. Now we are dealing with long term affects of her stroke and looks as if we'll be dealing with them forever.
