2 miles is 2 miles.
Depends on the type of equipment used, intensity of the setting and settings of either. I use ones that have a calorie counter.
For example on the app I use:
1 hour on a stationary bike / 14mph - 650 calories
1 hour on a treadmill / moderate incline / 4 mph 721 calories

Hopefully you don't use those number for some type of strict calorie count with a diet. better estimate for treadmill is 100-125 calorie per mile and on the bike unless you have the resistance maxed out 14 mph is not that much effort and that burn is 500ish.
