It’s ridiculous. Has to come down
We had a 48k lumber package bid in December. This week it’s 59k. Minor tweaks to the plan just a 20% increase in 3 months

I work for a Truss manufacture ... lumber is up close to 175% since March of 2020...
7/16 4x8 OSB was $8.00 back then it's now $38.00 sheet...
That 48K bid you got 3 months ago would’ve been closer to 28K this time last year
