Leading GDP growth. Not leading GDP for the state. It's far behind EBR, Jefferson, Orleans, etc.

It's not even actually #1 in growth if you read the article you posted:

Trust me. Chalmette does not have the highest GDP in the state of Louisiana, although it's doing very well right now. East Baton Rouge has the highest. Orleans and Jefferson are also higher than Chalmette.
