no, i don't take any vaccinations, covid, flu, etc.

I never get flu shots either. I don’t drink or smoke, I eat a sensible diet, exercise regularly and I work in a fairly strenuous, non-sedentary occupation. A healthful and active lifestyle is the best preventive medicine.
