You can also see some on his shirt/jacket later in the video. This was after he punched the guy though it's possible it's the other guy's blood.

Could this be from another altercation with someone else not in the video then? If this guy had already been in a fight, it would further lead to the fact these dudes may have been looking for trouble. Of course it doesn’t necessarily mean that, they could have just run into a lot of arse holes that night. Hard to think it’s not related though if there was already blood.
