Maybe Biden was talking about older blacks? If that was the case, there are tens of thousands of older white folks who have no idea how to operate a “internet” as well. It’s not just black Americans

Or when he said the GOP was going to “put y’all back in chains?” Just the older ones? I don’t want my kids to go to school in a racial jungle?
