That may be the worst refereeing I've ever seen in a fight. Dude is literally out on his feet and his feet are doing a jig and then he stops the action 5 seconds before the bell because he hits the ropes.
Then the Ref doesn't call stop the fight when the fighter obviously has no idea where he's at.... Wow.

Please stop this fight. Berchelt looks like he has some spinal or muscle disorder the way his legs are hopping around. This is doing nothing but severely damage the fighter down the road.
