Don't have a problem with this. But we are talking about red stone arsenal, not some small random base

I don’t disagree, so long as they followed the process and the decision was in the best interest of the DOD, not a political decision that saddles the DOD with higher costs (which would come at the expense of other infrastructure needs). IG will figure it out.
