Don’t sleep on the HSA account. HSA is an awesome vehicle for saving. Max it out and take care of yourself. Every young person should be using this.

These things are great. I had a couple medical procedures last year. Had I not had one lurking in the background quietly collecting cash every week, I would have been paying several medical bills out of pocket after insurance. The numbers I posted in the OP would look radically different. My HSA saved my arse when I stupidly took a precautionary trip the the ER on the weekend. Learned a valuable lesson too. Unless you are near death or lost a damn limb, stay the hell out of the ER. Im pretty sure I paid their power bill that month.
