Not even close.
It displays her lackadaisical attitude moments after telling someone they can't earn money to provide for their families - and doing so erroneously.
It's disgusting. Even if it WERE an appropriate shut down, which is wasn't, it should be treated with a funeral like attitude, not a fun little adventure with happy dancing.

I mean, it doesn't have to be a funeral like attitude but at least stand there and try to be professional about it. Don't sit there and do a little clap and sway as though you're enjoying yourself.
