The same argument applies to the fact there is nothing in the constitution that provides for and authorizes a mechanism to engineer a recall of federal elected officials.

The US Supreme Court is on record saying this in Burton v United States and they say nothing about a recall...

It’s pretty clear how SCOTUS would respond to federal/state legislation that provides for a recall against a federal politician.

Interesting reading, looks like we are stuck with him for 6 more years. Damn shame. Certainly the Senate won't vote to expel him and he ain't gonna resign because he knows he is superior to all of us morons so there you have it. We're screwed. Oh well, we're screwed anyway in so many ways so what the hell.
