There is no provision for a public recall of a US Senator or US Representative. Only way to remove them is by standard election or the body can remove them via expulsion with a 2/3 vote of the body.

Sounds like there's yet another hypothetical Constitutional Amendment that I can get behind, there is zero reason these people shouldn't be subject to recall petition by their constituents

Says who. Other states their supreme courts have stated just the opposite. Example: New Jersey. Other than an Atty. Gen. in Louisiana , can you cite the constitutional prohibition to such a recall or any Louisiana case law to support your claim?

This is true, but there is no provision to impeach and try a former president, either. I say fire up the recall petitions and see what happens.
