You can try topping it off and use an antifreeze tester to see if the ratio is sufficient. If not then drain some and add antifreeze.

I don’t think either of my vehicles have an antifreeze drain plug/screw, i’d have to pull the bottom line off and drain the whole system. Maybe get a hand or battery pump from harbor freight and pump some out from the top if possible. The antifreeze tester I mentioned can be found at any auto parts store or Walmart.
