I was looking at some pictures of the "race track" they've set up inside the LA Coliseum for the Busch Clash this morning. Man, it looks like such a stupid gimmick. I don't see how anyone is going to make a pass. Combine a narrow track with very sharp turns and it just doesn't seem like anyone will be able to do much.

I think that was kind of the point. Make them move each other around to make passes. But, I don’t know how much of that is going to actually be going on.

Doesn’t each team only have like 4 or 5 cars right now? You get wrecked here, get caught up in Daytona wreck. You’ve got two wrecked cars, and you’re supposed to be leaving Daytona going back out west for a month for Fontana, Vegas, and Phoenix... Seems like a lot of logistical nightmares if you’re having to fix wrecked cars and try to make the west coast swing work.

Who knows though. I mean, Austin Dillon destroyed his car at the Charlotte test, and they had it back in like 6 hours. May not be as difficult as it seems.
