No, captain strawman, I’m saying there is no civil right associated with it. Not to mention this is a charter school where enrollment is optional.

You're starting from the premise that some set of rights is handed out by society and by default we have none. That's crap. I have the right to do whatever I want unless and until someone makes a law against it, and presents enough deadly force to make that law stick.

Yes, we do have a right to control the education of our children. There's actually very little in the law that qualifies or reduces that right.
